Counter the Sun's Effect with Good Underwater Lighting

By Tobias Friedrich

There are many important rules in underwater photography you should know. A general rule is to get as close as possible to the subject, which can be achieved by using the Micro Wide Angle Dome Lens for the Micro 3.0 camera. Another important rule is when you shoot against sunlight is to use strobes or photo-video lights like the Sea Dragon 5000+ with Color Boost to allow as much light onto the foreground as possible to counter the bright sun-lit surface.
