Positioning and Directing your Sea Dragon Photo-Video Lights on a Sandy Ocean Floor

By Tobias Friedrich

Sand reflects light and will most likely create too bright of an image. It’s best to dim your photo-video light to 50% around subjects that like to swim close to the sand. Keeping low and close to the bottom, use the Flex-Connect flex armsto help you position the light above or beside your housing.  Or, detach the light head and handhold it to match the height level of the animal and manage the lighting from a lower perspective.

Equipment: iPhone 16 Pro Max in a SeaLife SportDiver Ultra housing, 1x iPhone lens with Sea Dragon 3000 Color Boost Photo-Video light.
